G-III Apparel is buying the remaining 81% of Karl Lagerfeld, which owns the clothing brand of the same name. The stake is worth €200 million. G-III Apparel already owns the remaining 19% of Karl Lagerfeld. It is planned to close the deal in 2-3 quarters of 2023.
