Automobile Concern Kamaz has consolidated 100% in the joint venture with German concern ZF Friedrichshafen AG - ZF Kama LLC. Enterprise produces Ecomid and Ecosplit 9- and 16-speed manual transmissions. Transmissions can be used with engines from 160 to 500 hp. Despite the decision made by the partner, CF Kama is working as planned and fully meets the needs of Kamaz, the press service of the Russian company said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
