Lukoil's hydrocarbon production in 2023 decreased by 1.1% to 2.308 mln boe/d, of which 75% were liquids and 25% were gas. Production of liquid hydrocarbons excluding the West Qurna-2 project decreased by 2.8% to 82.6 million tons. Oil exports remained almost unchanged at 35.3 million tons. Volume of oil refining decreased by 13.4% to 60.7 million tons against 70.1 million tons a year earlier. As a result, exports of oil products fell by 8.4%, to 17.8 million tons.
