Mechel's coal production for 6 months of 2025 amounted to 3.66 million tons, a decrease of 28% year-on-year. Pig iron production decreased by 2% to 1.46 million tons. Steel output increased by 2% to 1.67 million tons. Sales of long products decreased by 6%, to 1.14 million tons, flat — by 36%, to 84 thousand tons. The volume of sales of coking coal concentrate decreased by 15% and amounted to 1.7 million tons.
