Real estate sales by developer APRI in October amounted to 8.13 thousand square meters, an increase of 20% compared to the previous year. In monetary terms, sales increased by 25% to ₽1.21 billion. Average selling price per square meter increased by 9% to 165.3 thousand. In the first 10 months of 2025, sales amounted to 85.65 thousand square meters, a decrease of 30% compared to last year. In monetary terms, sales decreased by 12.2% to ₽12.7 billion. The average selling price increased by 10% to ₽145.9 thousand.
