Cassation seized SMZ shares from minority shareholders with compensation

Cassation fully satisfied the prosecutor's office's demands to seize shares from the SMZ minority shareholders in favor of the state, overturning the appeal decision. At the same time, she added a condition that the Federal Property Management Agency should pay compensation to bona fide minority shareholders at the market value of the securities.
