Positive Technologies Group

Positive Technologies' shipments for 6 months of 2024 totaled ₽4.9 billion, up 8% from ₽4.6 billion a year earlier. Net loss excluding capitalizable expenses(NIC) quadrupled to ₽7.06 billion. Company reiterates its 2024 shipment targets in the range of ₽40-50 billion while maintaining the NIC margin of the business at 30%.

RussNeft's net profit under RAS for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽18.3 billion, up 41.6% from ₽12.92 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 60.1% to ₽147.49 billion against ₽92.1 billion a year earlier.

VTB Bank

First offering was the pre-IPO of Russian private aerospace holding SR Space, which expects to raise about ₽1.5 billion on a cash-in basis. Company is collecting applications from qualified investors to participate in the deal until August 8.

APRI

Developer APRI has set the IPO price range at ₽8.8-9.7 per share, corresponding to a capitalization of ₽10-11 billion. Collection of applications starts today and will last until July 29. Company intends to float 5-10% of the additional issue shares. Trading is scheduled to start on July 30.
