Headhunter's IFRS net profit for 9 months of 2023 amounted to ₽9.4 billion, up 5.7 times from ₽1.65 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased 59.4% to ₽20.955 billion against ₽13.147 billion a year earlier.

Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia has authorized the sale of MTS Armenia CJSC to Fedilco Group Limited of Cyprus. Transaction should be realized within six months from the date of publication of the final decision. Amount of the transaction is not disclosed. According to experts' estimates, MTS Armenia may cost about ₽19 bln.
