VTB's IFRS net profit for 3 months of 2024 amounted to ₽122.4 billion, down 16.8% from ₽147.2 billion in the previous year. Net interest income fell 12.5% to ₽153.8 billion from ₽175.8 billion a year earlier. Commission income rose 23.1% to ₽51.7 billion.

Svetofor driving school is considering a public offering of preferred shares on the St. Petersburg Currency Exchange. Company can offer investors up to 2,481,500 shares. Price will be set after formation of the order book.

Ozon Holdings

Ozon in Q1 2024 processed 305.3 million orders, up 70% from 179.3 million in the previous year. Number of active buyers increased 32% to 49 million. GMV reached ₽570.18 billion, up 88% from ₽303.05 billion a year earlier. Marketplace share rose 5.7pc to 85.2% of GMV.

SPB Exchange's IFRS net profit for 2023 amounted to ₽0.678 billion, down 3 times from ₽1.926 billion in the previous year. Revenue fell 43.6% to ₽1.45 billion against ₽2.57 billion a year earlier.

Rushydro

RusHydro Holding intends to refuse to build a 49.8 MW small HPP in Dagestan as part of the RES support program. Company also plans to request the Energy Department to forgive fines for breach of contractual obligations. Reason for the refusal was the economic inefficiency of the project revealed during the survey and cost estimation.

Ashinskiy metallurgical works

Ashinskiy Metallurgical Plant's RAS net profit for 3 months of 2024 amounted to ₽2.354 billion, down 13.4% from ₽2.719 billion in the previous year. Revenue declined 4.5% to ₽11.53 billion against ₽12.078 billion a year earlier.
