Whoosh scooter and bicycle riders made 85.3 million trips in 7 months of 2024, up 1.5 times from last year. Whoosh's audience grew 42% to 25 million accounts. Number of trips per active user increased by 40% to 15.4. Service area increased by 15% to 60 locations.

Board of Directors of Yandex decided to place up to 15.61 million additional shares by private subscription in favor of the operator of the employee incentive program ESOP SPV LLC.
