Average realized price was $2,501 per ton, down 25.7%. Alumina production was 2.518 million tons, down 23.7%. Bauxite production increased by 0.2% to 6.754 million tons.

VK's shareholders approved the company's redomiciliation from the British Virgin Islands to the special administrative district of Oktyabrsky Island in Kaliningrad Region.
