Board of Directors of T-Bank recommended that dividends be paid for 9 мес. 2024 in the amount of ₽92.5 per ordinary share. The last day of the purchase of securities to receive dividends is November 22, 2024. Dividend yield may amount to 3.7%.

Severstal

Severstal completed the repair of blast furnace No. 5 Severyanka at Cherepovets Steel Mill. Furnace was shut down for repairs in April this year. Investments in modernization were estimated at ₽37 billion. Capacity of BF-5 is 4.2 million tons of pig iron per year. In 2023, the furnace produced 35% of ChMK's pig iron.

VK acquired a 10% stake in ticket operator Kassir.ru. Share of the operator's founder Evgeny Finkelstein was reduced to 52.75%. Asset will be integrated into the VK ecosystem to improve the efficiency of promotional activities on the company's platforms. According to a TASS source, the approximate amount of the deal amounted to about ₽500 million.
