Lenta's IFRS net profit for 2024 amounted to ₽22.5 billion, compared to a loss of ₽2.6 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased by 44.2% to ₽888.3 billion vs. ₽615.9 billion a year earlier.

Regional power grids

Regional Electricity Networks' RAS net profit for 2024 amounted to ₽2.87 billion, up 43.9% from ₽1.99 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 9.4% to ₽23.5 billion against ₽21.48 billion a year earlier.

Saratovgaz

Saratovgaz's RAS net profit for 2024 amounted to ₽39.4 million, down 27% from ₽54 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 15.5% to ₽1.19 billion vs. ₽1.03 billion a year earlier.

Arenadata

Arenadata's IFRS net profit for 2024 was ₽1.94 billion, up 32.9% from ₽1.46 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 52.4% to ₽6.02 billion against ₽3.95 billion a year earlier.

MOEX Group (Moscow Exchange)

Ministry of Finance has formed a list of 7-10 state-owned companies that can enter the stock market in 2026, said in the State Duma Deputy Finance Minister Ivan Chebeskov. “There is no government decision on it yet. But we believe that in order to make the placement next year, we need to prepare now,” he emphasized.

Delimobil

Delimobile service has introduced a new Intercity tariff, which allows renting a car in one city and completing the trip in another without additional fees. Cost of the trip starts from ₽3500, fuel is included, and toll roads are paid separately.

SFI

SFI's RAS net profit for 2024 amounted to ₽22.5 billion, up 3.3 times from ₽6.8 billion in the previous year. Revenue also increased 3-fold to ₽32.2 billion against ₽7.75 billion a year earlier.

JetLend

JetLend's board of directors set the offering price at ₽60 per share. Volume raised during the IPO has not been disclosed yet.

O'Key Group

Shareholders of O'Key Group approved the proposal of the Board of Directors to redomicile the company from Luxembourg to Russia. Company shares will be converted into ICPAO shares at a 1:1 ratio.

LUKOIL

Board of Directors of LUKOIL recommended that dividends be paid for 2024 in the amount of ₽541 per ordinary share. The last day of the purchase of securities to receive dividends is June 2, 2025. Dividend yield may amount to 7.5%.
