Arbitration Court of Moscow has approved a settlement agreement in the dispute over the application of the bankruptcy trustee of Otkritie Holding, Maria Bulatova, and its main creditor, Trust Bank, to recover ₽12.1 billion from Lukoil to the bankruptcy estate of Otkritie Holding. Conditions of the settlement agreement were not disclosed.

Rostelecom has consolidated a 100% stake in mobile operating system developer Aurora by exercising its option to buy 25% of the company from Grigory Berezkin's structures.
