Adtalem Global Education is selling its Financial Services business segment to investment firm Wendel Group and Colibri Group for $1 billion. The segment earned $205,479 million in fiscal 2021, or 18.5% of the company's total revenue. The transaction is scheduled to close in Q3 fiscal 2022.
