Rostelecom completed construction of the second stage of the new Trans-Eurasian fiber-optic communication line TEA NEXT and announced the technical readiness of the line for the start of commercial operation. High potential of the new communication line made it possible at this stage to use two fibers of the super-capacity FOCL for its own needs. TEA NEXT will connect Russia's western and eastern borders with Mongolia and China.
