MOEX Group (Moscow Exchange)

US sanctions were imposed on Moscow Exchange and its subsidiaries, the National Settlement Depository and the National Clearing Center. Exchange trading in dollars and euros will no longer take place, and the Bank of Russia will now use bank statements and OTC trading data to determine the official dollar and euro to ruble exchange rates.

Seligdar

US Department of Finance has placed Seligdar Holding and Rusolovo on the sanctions list. Restrictions also include the following subsidiaries: Seligdar Gold and Amursky Metallurgical Plant.

NOVATEK

US sanctions have been imposed on all Novatek projects. Restrictions were imposed on Murmansk LNG, Ob Gas Chemical Complex, Arctic LNG-1 and Arctic LNG-3. Direct sanctions also hit seven of the 15 Arc7 tankers under construction at the Zvezda shipyard - the Alexei Kosygin, the Pyotr Stolypin, the Sergei Witte and four unnamed tankers.

VTB Bank

Moscow Exchange will limit settlement codes on VTB shares with reverse split. From July 9 to July 14 inclusive trades in the main mode will not be held.

Aeroflot Group in May 2024 carried 4.565 million passengers, up 22.3% from 3.733 million passengers a year earlier. Passenger turnover increased by 27.1% to 11.908 billion pkm. Seat occupancy increased by 3 p.p. to 86.4%.

Astra

Astra's IFRS net profit for first 3 months of 2024 amounted to ₽202 million, down 2.9 times from ₽590 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 42.9% to ₽1.852 billion compared to ₽1.296 billion a year earlier. Ecosystem Products' share of revenue reached 23%, doubling year-on-year. Shipments grew 51% to ₽1.89 billion.

Number of trips on Whoosh scooters and bicycles for 5 months of 2024 amounted to about 40.3 million, increasing by 54% year on year. Service audience increased by 55% to 23.3 million users. Number of trips per active user increased by 34% to 11.2. Number of locations of presence reached 60, increasing by 15% year-on-year.
