Private aerospace company SR Space raised ₽23.47 million in investor bids in a Pre-IPO on the Moscow Exchange platform, 65 times less than the planned ₽1.53 billion. SR Space intends to float the remaining amount of the additional share issue in the OTC market on a daily basis until June 27, 2025, or until the last of these shares are offered.

Promsvyazbank has set the buyback price of CarMoney shares within the framework of the voluntary offer at ₽2.5 per paper. IT company Yandex is planning to develop its insurance business, Kommersant's sources said. Company is already hiring staff and is in search of a small insurance company with a license for purchase. Yandex declined to comment.
