Eurotrans' majority shareholders are planning to announce a share buyback from minority shareholders. They intend to purchase up to 20 million shares at ₽350 per share. Buyback program is scheduled to be launched in August this year and will run until August 2027.

Low-coster Pobeda for 6 months of 2024 carried 6.6 million passengers, which is 8.6% more compared to the same period last year. On domestic routes, 5.7 million customers were carried. On international routes, transportation grew by 89% to 963,000 people.

Neftekamsk Automobile Plant's RAS net profit for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽90.92 million, down 9% from ₽99.95 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 35.3% to ₽20.503 billion against ₽15.157 billion a year earlier.

X5 Retail Group

X5 Group's net retail revenue for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽1.833 trillion, up 26.1% from ₽1.454 trillion in the previous year. Average check rose 11.6% to ₽535.3. LFL sales increased 14.9%, traffic increased 2.9%, and average check increased 11.6%. Digital business revenue grew 77.5% to ₽93.426 billion.

VTB Bank

Holders of fractional VTB shares formed after the reverse split can sell them in the broker's VTB My Investments application and over the phone through traders. NOVATEK

Novatek's hydrocarbon production for 6 months of 2024 amounted to 330.7 mln boe, up 2.7% from 321.9 mln boe a year earlier. Natural gas production volume increased by 1.2% to 41.73 billion cubic meters. Liquid hydrocarbons production increased 11.9% to 6.83 million tons. Total natural gas sales, including LNG, amounted to 39.3 bcm, down 3.3%.
