Ozon has completed the automatic conversion of its American depositary receipts into ordinary shares of MKPAO Ozon. The company expects trading in its shares on the Moscow Exchange to resume on November 11, 2025. Ozon is also working with the exchange to upgrade its shares (ISIN: RU000A10CW95, ticker OZON) from the third to the first listing level.

Retailer M.Video has launched a pilot project for online sales of electric vehicles and charging stations. According to the company’s representative, cars and equipment can be purchased via the M.Video and Eldorado websites and apps.
