VK acquired 20% in NKS Technologies LLC, which specializes in automating the process of selling tickets through various channels. Press service of VK explained that the company plans to use the IT-development team of NKS Technologies LLC in its own projects.

TGC-14's SPO amounted to ₽1.5 billion. 10.86% of the company's shares were placed at a price of ₽0.01 per share. At least 65% of the funds raised will be channeled into the company by repaying the selling shareholder's debt to TGC-14.

Positive Technologies Group

Positive Technologies Board of Directors decided to convene on November 07 the general meeting of shareholders to reconsider the issue of additional share issue, including the program of capitalization growth stimulation into the set of materials for the meeting. All previously published parameters of the planned share issue remained unchanged.

Promomed launches a new drug Velgia for the treatment of overweight and obesity of any severity. Registration procedure for the drug, produced on a full cycle from substance to finished dosage form, has been completed. First batches will go on sale in Q4 2024.

RUSAL

Rusal will start the active construction phase of the second stage of the Boguchansk Aluminum Smelter next year. Phased introduction of the third and fourth start-up complexes is planned until approximately 2030.

Hard discounter chain Chizhik aims to reach ₽1 trillion in revenue in 2028, said Ilya Yakubson, managing director of the retail chain. Chizhik's revenue in 2023 totaled ₽118.425 billion, a 3-fold increase from 2022. In the first half of 2024, the chain's revenue increased 2.3 times to ₽102.423 billion

Private aerospace company SR Space raised ₽23.47 million in investor bids in a Pre-IPO on the Moscow Exchange platform, 65 times less than the planned ₽1.53 billion. SR Space intends to float the remaining amount of the additional share issue in the OTC market on a daily basis until June 27, 2025, or until the last of these shares are offered.
