MTS Bank has set the range of additional issue shares at the level of ₽1300 - 1600 per share. Applications are accepted today from 10 to 14 Moscow time. Final share placement price will be set no later than July 14th.

Softline repurchased 1.053 million of its shares in one trading day on July 9, 2025 as part of a buyback program.
