Delimobil

Delimobil carsharing service launches the Kupimobil platform for the sale of used cars from its fleet, as well as from partners. Company expects to sell several thousand cars per year to wholesale and retail buyers. Delimobile expects the selling price to be 40% of the cost of a new car at the time of the transaction.

MOEX Group (Moscow Exchange)

Moscow Exchange has received "soft consent" from all Russian DFA issuance platforms to integrate with it to create a secondary market. Already 11 platforms can issue digital assets, but there are only two exchange operators - Moscow Exchange and SPB Exchange.

Developer APRI placed 90,675,810 ordinary shares as part of its IPO, or 78.7% of the additional issue. Thus, the entire company was valued at ₽10.8 billion.

SPB Exchange

SPB Exchange will hold a morning session with Russian securities from August 8 from 7:00 to 10:00 Moscow time. Only 10 shares are on the list so far. Trading platform will also increase the duration of the trading session with Element shares to 23:50 msk.

Moscow Exchange will suspend trading in Novabev Group shares due to the forthcoming distribution of the additional share issue among shareholders. Last day to buy securities to receive additional shares will now be August 15. Trading is scheduled to resume on August 22.
