IVA Technologies

IVA Technologies has set the IPO price range at ₽280-300 per share, corresponding to a capitalization of ₽28-30 billion. Existing shareholders are selling 11 million shares, corresponding to 11% of the company. Collecting applications for the IPO will begin today and run until June 3. Trading of the shares will begin on June 4 under the ticker IVAT.

MOEX Group (Moscow Exchange)
