Etalon Group

Volume of real estate sold by the developer Etalon in August 2025 amounted to 76 thousand square meters, which is 41% more than a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales increased by 45%, reaching almost 19 billion rubles. Figures were the highest for August in the company's history.

VTB's Supervisory Board set the placement price of 1.264 billion additional ordinary shares at ₽67 per share. Thus, subject to the full placement of the additional issue, the bank will raise ₽84.7 billion.

AFK Sistema is negotiating the sale of its stake in microelectronics manufacturer GC Element to Sberbank, sources told Kommersant. According to one of them, the deal may be closed in the near future. AFK Sistema and Sberbank declined to comment. Element Group of Companies did not respond to the publication's request.

Cian plc has received permission from the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus to redomicile to Russia. In the next two weeks, the company will submit documents for registration in the special administrative region on Oktyabrsky Island. Redomicilation is expected to be completed within one month from the date of filing the registration application.

AFK Sistema and Roscosmos have signed an agreement on the creation of an orbital constellation of spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth. Sputnix group of companies, owned by AFK Sistema, will form a grouping of remote sensing devices, and Roscosmos will put them into orbit.
