CarMoney's IFRS net profit for 2023 amounted to ₽554.16 million, up 42.2% from ₽389.82 million in the previous year. Net interest income rose 26.5% to ₽2.518 billion against ₽1.99 billion a year earlier.

Management of Astra Group will recommend to the board of directors to allocate 50% of net profit to dividends for 2023, the company's financial director Elena Borodkina said at the investor day. Payment of dividends may be recommended in summer, she specified.

Tinkoff Bank's RAS net profit for 2023 amounted to ₽36.98 billion, up 2.5 times from ₽14.62 billion in the previous year. Net interest income rose 64.6% to ₽209.35 billion against ₽127.21 billion a year earlier. Commission income rose 32.4% to ₽213.32 billion.

Astra

Astra Group has entered into option agreements to acquire 80% in two cloud service providers, Rusonix LLC and VDC Caravan LLC. Cash consideration will be ₽313.1-438.8 million depending on the type of option. Company also received the right to purchase the remaining 20% at a value to be calculated based on the market price of Astra's shares.

UGC

Yuzhuralzolot's RAS loss for 2023 amounted to ₽5.454 billion, down 3 times from ₽16.323 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased 13.3% to ₽33.897 billion vs. ₽29.915 billion a year earlier.

Zaymer

MFK Zaimer plans to open its own collection agency in the second half of 2024, which will actively acquire portfolios of other companies in the cession market. At the first stage, these will be portfolios of MFOs. Related business will increase the company's efficiency and bring additional profit, said CEO of Zaimer Roman Makarov.
